Last of the Living released on DVD

 New Zealand has a pretty special heritage of the undead, thanks to a certain Peter Jackson, who started out with gore drenched, low budget zombie / sci-fi shenanigans of Bad Taste and Braindead. Now, the Kiwis are back with more 'zombage', courtesy of Logan McMillian's The Last of the Living, due for release on R2 DVD on 11th May.
A highly contagious virus is spreading throughout the land. With one bite, it's only hours before victims will turn into zombies and hunt for human flesh. Morgan, Ash, and Johnny might just be the only humans left, but they don't seem to mind and find enjoyment lounging around in their underwear living in vacant homes. When they stumble upon a hot girl who just may have a cure, the three decide it's finally time to step up to the plate and save the world- and the girl. Now the only hope for survival lies in their hands.
We're quite excited about this release here at eatmybrains HQ and hope that you purveyors of non-taxing, lighthearted zombie horror feel the same. We should be able to get our hands on some competition copies closer to release date, so come back soon and try to bag yourself a copy.
