Trailer for Night Watch - is this the horror film of the year?

 Could this be the Undead's Lord of the Rings? A lot of new stories and articles of late have been singing the praises of this Russian vampire epic, yet footage has been extremely hard to find (legally) on the Internet.
Until now that is, as the trailer has finally surface online at www.apple.com - and what a great trailer it is too!
Fox Searchlight are putting a lot of money behind this release (in what is the first part of a proposed trilogy based on the successful Russian books) by providing top-notch subtitles for the film, but if the trailer's anything to go by, the dialogue's really going to have to go some to match the visuals.
Featuring some great moody vampire carnage, some mind-blowing special effects, ancient battles of old and a very creepy baby doll spider thing, this film could be the one that'll make us start falling in love with the movies all over again.

Night Watch will be released in a lot of countries this July, although here in the UK we will have to wait until October 7th to see it in theatres.
