New horror short film competition from 2 Days Later

Think you can make a great horror / chiller / suspense short film? Think you can make it 2 days or less? Yes? Well, you'd better enter in 2 Days Later then, as this annual competition , now in it's third year, have announced the details fo this year's event on their official website - www.2dayslater.co.uk/.
Created by Beeping Bush Productions and Close-Up Film magazine, this short horror film competition is open to all. The films must have a horror, chiller or suspense theme and be produced within 48 hours and can be any length shorter than 10 minutes. The Entries can be made on any format (video, digital media or film) to be screened at a special event held at The Community Pharmacy Gallery in Margate.
The judging panel will vote for the best film in three catagories; Best Film, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Student Film, as well as the audience vote for Most Popular Film.
All the winners will be awarded genre related prizes donated by the film industry. You can request a brief and competition entry form by contacting Beeping Bush. The submission deadline for this year's competition is 5pm, Monday 24th October 2005.
And as Mick Etherton from Beeping Bush says; "Just get out there with your mates, a camera, make-up and lots of ketchup!"
