Website for John Carpenter's Cigarette Burns

 Those of you waiting for John Carpenter's next directorial work haven't got long to go now, with his epsiode in the new Masters of Horror series, Cigarette Burns scheduled to screen on Showtime soon (Bravo will be showing the series here in the UK in February 2006).
Interestingly, there is now an official website for the hour-length TV episode, directed by Carpenter from a screenplay by Drew McWeeny & Scott Swan. To visit the website, click here, and make sure to click on the film's title on the cinema boardings. Other directors in the Masters of Horror series include Dario Argento, John Landis, Roger Corman, Tobe Hooper, Don Coscarelli, Stuart Gordon, Joe Dante and Larry Cohen
Synopsis: Jimmy Sweetman knows how to find rare film prints. However, nothing could prepare him for the daunting search for LA FIN DU MONDE, a film allegedly shown only once and rumored to have driven its audience into a murderous frenzy before the cinema mysteriously erupted in flames. Working for a shadowy patron, Jimmy’s increasingly obsessive investigation becomes nightmarish and deadly.
