 We're a bit late on this news, but we loved the film so much when we saw it FrightFest this year, we're going to run it anyway. Just prior to it's recent limited release in the US (on December 9th), Filmforce posted the first 8 minutes from Marebito on their website in various formats.

Directed in eight days by Takashi Shimizu (of Ju-on and the American Grudge remake fame), Marebito follows Masuoka, a freelance TV cameraman who captures an appallingly gruesome suicide on video.
Masuoka becomes obsessed with the image and, desperate to confront this kind of fear himself, he begins to actively seek out confrontation and danger, taking him on a bizarre journey underground where he meets a chained woman called F.
