 Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig Vol 1 is the follow up to the smash hit anime series based on Masamune Shirow's popular film of the same title, and we have three copies to give away thanks to Manga Entertainment UK.

Following hard on the heels of the worldwide smash hit anime series Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex (voted Best Anime Series of 2005 by readers of Neo Magazine) comes a brand new series of Masamune Shirow's ground-breaking cyberpunk thriller, GHOST IN THE SHELL: STAND ALONE COMPLEX 2ND GIG, this time based on a story concept by Mamoru Oshii, director of the critically acclaimed feature film Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence.
The first of a seven-volume series, GHOST IN THE SHELL: STAND ALONE COMPLEX 2ND GIG – VOLUME 1 is released as a deluxe double disc DVD specially packaged in a collectible slipcase in January 2006 and picks up where the first series left off, with the surviving members of Section 9 reunited but under a government enforced Indefinite Standby Order that effectively renders them inoperable.
