Report for Revenant magazine on Max Brooks' Film Festival of the Living Dead
1st Oct 06
So, how would you like to become a published writer for Revenant Magazine?
Well, now you can, as the publication is running a competition for someone to report for them on Max Brooks' Film Festival of the Living Dead to be held at the Barbican, London from the 14th-18th November this year (see here for the full details).
The magazine have a pair of tickets for the festival to give away, plus a couple of free Revenant t-shirts and a copy of Max Brooks' excellent new post-zombie-apocalypse book, World War Z.
The winner will also get a chance to interview the author of the book for the article, so make sure you have plenty of good zombie questions ready.
To stand a chance of winning this great opportunity all you have to do is write a short piece (max 200 words) about why they feel they are the best person for the job. Then post your piece at the Revenant forum via this link.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age, able to make their own way to and from the events in London, UK and must be prepared and have the necessary equipment to provide a full report on the event (including photographs, if possible).
The closing date for entries is Halloween 2006. Good luck...
