The Sun is dying, and mankind is dying with it. Our last hope: a spaceship and a crew of eight men and women. They carry a device which will breathe new life into the star.

We've been following this one for a while now, and finally the trailer for Danny Boyle's upcoming sci-fi flick Sunshine has hit the web. Due to open in UK cinemas on 6th April 2007, Sunshine pairs director Danny Boyle with writer Alex Garland and producer Andrew Macdonald, who previously teamed up for 28 Days Later.
The films stars Rose Byrne, Chris Evans (not the four-eyed ginger-haired ex of Billie Piper), Cillian Murphy and Michelle Yeoh.
I do wish they'd stop using Clint Mansell's (admittedly fantastic) score from Requiem for a Dream in teaser trailers though...
