V For Vendetta trailer appears online

 Well, you've seen the pictures of a shaven-headed Natalie Portman, now get ready to see the first footage of the sexy skinhead, as the trailer for the long-awaited comic book adaptation of V For Vendetta hits the web, and we've got to admit, it does lokk pretty impressive.
The film, based on Alan Moore and David Lloyd's graphic novel has been adapted for the screen by the Wachowski brothers, although they have left the directing duties with James McTeigue. Filming wrapped in London recently, and the V is due to be released on November 3rd-4th (see what they've done there?) Alongside Natalie Portman, the film also features Hugo Weaving, Stephen Rea, Stephen Fry, John Hurt, Tim Pigott-Smith, Sinead Cusack.
The trailer was recently shown at Comic Con in the US and is now available on the official website in High Definition and with 5.1 surround sound.

Set against the futuristic landscape of totalitarian Britain, V For Vendetta tells the story of a mild-mannered young woman named Evey (Natalie Portman) who is rescued from a life-and-death situation by a masked vigilante known only as “V.”
Incomparably charismatic and ferociously skilled in the art of combat and deception, V ignites a revolution when he detonates two London landmarks and takes over the government-controlled airwaves, urging his fellow citizens to rise up against tyranny and oppression.
As Evey uncovers the truth about V’s mysterious background, she also discovers the truth about herself – and emerges as his unlikely ally in the culmination of his plot to bring freedom and justice back to a society fraught with cruelty and corruption.
