Websites and trailers for MirrorMask and The Proposition

 Tartan have got two strong genre pictures coming our way, and have just released the latest trailers and websites for Dave McKean's MirrorMask and Nick Cave and John Hillcoat's Aussie western The Proposition.
MirrorMask is the feature film debut of the reknowned comic partnership (see Violent Cases, Black Orchid, Signal To Noise etc) writer Neil Gaiman and illustrator Dave McKean. Taken from their grpahic novel, the film follows a young girl from Brighton, England who journeys into a magical world of her own imagination, where she must search for the fabled MirrorMask.

Also coming soon from Tartan (March 10th to be precise) is The Proposition, from Nick Cave and John Hillcoat. Starring Guy Pearce, Ray Winstone, John Hurt and Danny Huston, The Proposition looks set to be a provacative and chilling piece of work. It was recently labeled "The best Western since Unforgiven" by Empire magazine.
