See The Hills Have Eyes 2 poster that was banned by the MPAA
1st Dec 06

See The Hills Have Eyes 2 poster that was banned by the MPAA It might not have been the 'great' film we were all hoping for (Alex Aja remakes a Craven classic!), but The Hills Have Eyes was certainly one of the better genre remakes of the past couple of years, so it was no surprise to see a sequel fast-tracked through production ready for a 2nd March 2007 release in both the US and the UK.

And it seems that the film is already kicking up a stink, as the first US poster, which you can see below, has been banned (although officially the word is 'rejected') by the MPAA.

No Aja this time - instead directing duties have been handed to Martin Weisz (Grimm Love) - although Craven remains on board in a co-writing and producing role. We like the poster, but as far as the film goes, let's just hope there are no dog flashbacks in this one.
